Chez Max is described as a French-style bistro at one of the entrances to Dublin Castle and was recently offered for sale as an investment through Savills with a guiding price of Euro 725,000.
According to Dublin bikes docking station 10 is located at Palace Street [off Dame Street] which many claim as being the shortest street in Dublin and I cannot argue with them.
The Sick and Indigent building is one of only three buildings on Palace Street [two if you do not include the much disliked modern building which is really on Dame Street].
